(Applies To All Classes & RCRA as a whole)

  CHIP DRAW / RANDOMIZER:
If the randomizer drawings picks a racer for any round of competition a bye-run, that is the only time during that event the bye-run will be awarded to that racer.

BATTERY:
If a racer battery is overcharged at tech, racer has only 1 attempt within 2 minutes to bring the battery down under or at the (8.44 Volts) limit. Racer must remain in the tech line in an attempt to accomplish this. If battery is tested second time and overcharge is still displayed, racer will receive a DQ for that specific round of competition.

STAGING:
Once a racer signals to the tree operator that he/she is "set" or "ready" that racer is committed to that run. If the vehicle rolls forward or backward breaking the stage beam, the racer will receive a DQ for that specific round of competition. "Ready" or "Set" is based upon either driver acknowledgment or it's obvious to the tree operator.

Rear tires MUST be sitting on the ground once the racer is "set" or "ready" for a run. No holding the car up and sitting the car down during the race directors count. Basically, you can not be touching the vehicle at all once you signal you are set, or it's obvious you are set or ready to the tree operator.

"CALLING A RACE" / VIDEO REPLAY:
Official RCRA video replay will ONLY be seen, reviewed and determined by RCRA officials first. ONLY the 2 drivers affected by the video replay decision will be allowed in the tent / tower to see the video proof replay of the call.

If a video needs to be looked at... that call (to look at the video) will come from the race director immediately after that specific run. Once "the call" is made, that is final and "we are moving on".

The only video used for making a determination is the official RCRA video.

If a video call is simply "too close to call", the race between the 2 racers affected will be re-run.

BYE RUNS / COMPETITION SINGLES:
Racer does not have to make his/her bye run or competition single.

ELIMINATIONS:
A Bracket = Pairings on randomized "chip draw style" ladder
B Bracket = Pairings on randomized "chip draw style" ladder

Final 4 Structure:

Loser of A Bracket Finals is considered a Semi-Finalist
Loser of B Bracket Finals is considered a Semi-Finalist

Time Slips are ONLY printed during qualifying and eliminations.
Your times will be announced over the PA during testing.
